We had some significant hiccups with timeline delays and such but James made it right for me in the end!

Champa Auto Repair installed my CURT 13382 Class 3 Trailer Hitch to my Subaru Crosstrek Sport. It was supposed to take 30 to 60 minutes to install, but it took them more than 2 hours. After speaking to them, I learned that it was because the mechanic grinded the 4 spacers that came with the hitch instead of the vehicle access holes (which was instructed in the manual).
