Bought a couple of General Altimax RT43 tires online--got them very quickly. Took them to be mounted and both of them had a hole in the tire. Called to see what to do next and was told to ship them back on my dime (actually $80) and they would refund me the money--both shipping cost and the tire purchase price after making sure they had a hole in them.
