Dr. Chamoun and his staff are absolutely the best clinic I've ever worked with. I became a patient when I was at my lowest low after failing to conceive for a while. Dr. Chamoun was really gentle, he truly listened to me. He told me we were going to get through this together and we did. They did testing, I received a diagnosis, and my husband and I ended up going through 3 rounds of timed intercourse, 3 rounds of IUIs, then into IVF. I worked with Dr. Chamoun and his amazing staff on and off for a few years. I am just writing a review now because I recently had to switch clinics due to Viera Fertility not being in network with the IVF insurance my employer started offering in 2022. I switched to a larger IVF clinic and it is like night and day. It feels much less personalized, processes are more robotic, and I truly feel like a number and not a patient.
