I buy my natural throat lozenges here- it's the only place that sells them. But when I needed to return an item, the associate behind the register was rude and unaccommodating. At least the managers offered hospitable customer service. Didn't care to stay to do any more shopping there.

Very helpful and kind staff, very accommodating, open to suggestions and requests. Great bulk section, with large selection of herbs. They carry grass-fed dairy products, as well as raw milk!
Coming from NYC, stores like these were readily available. Having moved further upstate it has been difficult to find a health store - especially where customer service is great. I have found what I am accustomed to in Danbury CT. at Chamomille Natural Foods. The staff are terrific and very knowledgeable. They have an array of products to suit anyone's needs including fresh foods.
