Brian tore up the house, cutting holes in almost every room in the walls. Complaining the whole way that he couldn’t find the waterlines. Wrote on the receipt and lied that he had put in new waterlines, changed out cut off valves, and other stuff that wasn’t done. Cut holes in cabinets where he was told not to.
