Used this firm for several years with no issues until recently. On their last boiler service the plumber left a bit of a mess but i didn't take it seriously. I chased them to do some work and got it booked it after a few days. I book a holiday from work and the day prior in the evening, get told that they made a mistake and now can't attend. He tells me he can call back later to sort another date. Had a central heating power flush completed by Chameleon. Liam and colleague worked with good care and attention, and communicated very well. There were some unexpected challenges, however, the guys showed persistence and eventually got everything sorted. Good job and good price, very happy customer.

“I had a disappointing experience with this plumber. The work was consistently delayed, the job accuracy was poor, and the overall professionalism was lacking. I would not recommend his services.
