I was gathering information pertaining to this community, as my husband has retired from the Army. The community "leader" let me know I would not be invited to any community events. I will use our VA loan elsewhere. Just looking at other reviews it seems to be that the quality of the homes are not well either.
The builders will not control their employees (contractors) in the subdivision. Why email you? No matter how many times we call and email you do nothing. You will not answer the phone.
We lived here before the new homes started being built. The builders, contractors, even some of the new homeowners are ruining our neighborhood with ridiculous speeding. This used to be a nice quiet place to live. I tried contacting the builders months ago but never received a response
Yards are full of rocks and trash from construction and covered with sod partially. My yard is so bad I am contemplating having the entire yard regraded and properly done with adequate drainage. Some areas of the yard are bare because it’s more rocks than dirt, There was no topsoil used at all. If you happen to pick a lot with an empty or unbuildable lot next to you the contractors will dump what they don’t use there.
