Absolute crooks. You pay the money but it seems to never be satisfied. They continue to charge interest, even after an amount has been agreed upon and so they continue to send letters stating that you owe more money when you know for a fact that it’s already been resolved people are absolute crooks. Even have the court judgment showing it was paid in full and no longer owe any money. They need to do their jobs and update their system.

I gave this attorney my money last Friday, paid off my garnishment all the way , I was told that they would release my garnishment Friday , the older lady that answers the phone told me that it was not released because they have a 10 day hold on credit cards, I did not pay with a credit card, I paid with a debit card , i tried to call Monday on the 10th Tuesday on the 11th and Wednesday I finally got someone to answer, when she answered I explained my situation and I was told that she was going to look into the situation whe... read more

This place is so unprofessional Tammy is so rude and disrespectful when calling about my account she always have a nasty attitude she told me they were going to garnishment my check because I was late for one payment so I asked her how when I never missed a payment she then proceeded to say because I didn’t pay on the date it was due so i ask to speak to someone over her she then stated it’s no one over her she is the boss I hung up called back only to be directed back to her so I asked for my pay off for my attorney and she... read more

This law firm is very rude and nasty. I called to get clarification on my grandmother's estate pertaining to a settlement that was done through their attorney's office. The lady made a statement over the phone, and I clarified what she was saying to me. If you're going to make a statement, and not expect somebody to answer back to you. I had to tell her that she was having a misunderstanding cuz nobody called her to argue. She sounded like she was older than me but I had to teach her how to properly talk to somebody.
