I called to reorder a roll off container. A very rude person answered the phone simply, "this is Chelsea." I told her I'd like to order a container, then she angrily said, "I can't hear you," then promptly hung up on me. I relocated to better service to be certain, then called back. I repeated the previous request to order a container and she immediately hung up on me again without a word. I called a third time and her attitude worsened. Rented a dumpster from them, completely deceptive about subsequent charges. Got hit with a second charge as big as the first one that I had no knowledge of, in fact, I was told several times that no other charges would apply. Supervisor returned call and basically called me a liar when I told him what i was told about charges. Would give a zero if possible for horrible customer service.
