The lady is mean. Asked for help did not get no help. Last year. Then she told me I never paid my local when I go there every year to pay them this place is robbing people making them pay twice with a added fee
Tax claim lady is very mean, they don’t help at all … sad that our taxes hired this kind of people.

If there’s a problem with your taxes, they won’t send you a notice and then they’ll charge you penalties, interest, fees, whatever they can to get extra money out of you, I’d give 0 stars if I could.
