The staff was unresponsive, and I couldn’t get any clear answers on my tax filing. Everything was delayed, and it just caused so much stress. The lady is mean. Asked for help did not get no help. Last year. Then she told me I never paid my local when I go there every year to pay them this place is robbing people making them pay twice with a added fee
