First time here. One of the washer I used was not pouring water into the machine my clothes had soap had to wash a second time. Very disappointed, asked the guy at the desk, he had idea what to do about the issue, he said come in the morning. I work all day. Also I checked my card and as many reviews here they do charge $15.00 towards your card, asked the guy again he knows nothing also asked for the owners number he doesn't know it he was sarcastic told me to call them in Japan because thats where their at he only sees them... read more
