Lived here for 3 years now. In my opinion, it's a nice quiet community with good neighbors quite close to town at a fairly reasonable price for the area. I pay 1500 each month for a 2-bed, 2-bath apartment which I consider fair. Downsides are of course some of the normal headaches of renting. Repairs can come slowly or not at all, and many of the buildings are "renovated" but I wouldn't exactly claim they're upgraded.
