Just like the previous reviewer listed here, he promised in July 2021 it is now the end of September 2021, to get a job done which he required the "entire" amount contracted for up front and prior to job completion. He stated his work was guaranteed for "life". He then even took an additional amount which I refused to pay myself as it was not agreed upon upfront, from the main contractor on the build. Claimed to have fixed my problem, and charged $250 that supposedly came with a 30-day guarantee. A few days later it was clear that the problem had never been fixed at all, and I was left with broken equipment that camouflaged the problem. Promised to come back out, and never showed up. Never called. Followed up less than a month later. He promised to return my money, then refused to do so. Remember, the "repairs" were supposed to be covered by a 30-day guarantee.
