I have been a “patient” of Dr Chambers for over a year. I have never see her face. I had a physical over the phone, not even a zoom call. I have had appointments cancelled multiple times. When they wanted to cancel the latest one I just gave up

I would give ZERO STARS if that were an option. My husband and I have been "patients" of Dr. Chambers for just over two years. In that time we have seen her in person for a combined total of less than 2 hours! Amanda, who works closely with Dr. Chambers, is as helpful as she can be. Dr. Chambers doesn't accept sick visits, they simply tell you to go to an urgent care and the answering service seems to only answer the call, never actually intending to pass along the message. Hands down THE WORST practice I have ever encountered! There is absolutely no direct number to the office and their answering service is completely incompetent! I have been calling this answering service 3x a wk for the past month there has STILL been no follow through. I highly suggest finding services elsewhere!
