Doors are locked, during business hours. Calls go straight to voicemail. Voice box is full, so I can’t state why I’m calling… very slow. Why am I a customer here? If I can’t show up, or even call during business hours. I need assistance, and I can’t even get it.
My agent Michael Chambers was very patient and helpful showing concern for the problem I was having in getting help with a property claim I,m having problems getting resolved. His assistant Taylor also very helpful. My thanks to both of them.
