Unprofesional, takes about 6 months to reply any emails or follow up enquiries. In one of their email they state they are only fee collectors so they wont action anything. What are they contracted for then? Truly fee collection only?

the mismanagement of the charmbers Franklyn strata company turned the ground of 49 Herdsman Parade, Wembley became the back yards exclusive use of the owners on the ground with no control. the greedy of people who worked in the council of the owners (people who lived on the ground) took advantage of this to build patios, sheds with no standards or rules. Something seriously wrong when the this business asks for strata fees 2 months prior to when they are actually due! Vote of no confidence!
Rose and Jess at Chambers Franklyn have been fantastic to deal with the last couple of years, they’ve been a breath of fresh air compared to Alex the previous strata manager and his assistants. They’re always available on the phone, they call you back when they say they will, and are quick to respond to emails or urgent matters, and the complex is well maintained and looked after. Thanks!
