Jim accomplished an impossible feat. I lowered my 250 lb. chandelier from an 18 ft ceiling for cleaning and, upon raising it back to the ceiling by a motored cable, it did not work. I had electricians tell me I have to replace the motor, which also entailed dismantling the light fixture and building a scaffold on which to rest it - thousands of dollars. Jim provided an excellent service in troubleshooting my outdoor light fixtures, securing outdoor outlets and installing a dehumidifier in my crawlspace. He was prompt, professional and very friendly. Jim Chambers has done a few jobs at our house, both big and small. What I will never forget is during Hurricane Sandy when we were completely without power. Jim went to purchase a portable generator for us in rainy, windy weather, ran a new line to the circuit box, showed me how to start it, and got us up and running. A professional with a heart, imagine that?
