I made an appointment to have a chip repair with an estimated ETA that did not fit my schedule. I rescheduled for a week later with a confirmed appointment time. On that date, I texted and phoned the morning of the appointment as well as AFTER the appointment time and received no response. Only after I messaged, regarding the failure to communicate and an implication to leave a Google review, did I finally get a response.
