Gavin is always quick to get me in which I really appreciate. My brakes needed a serious service just before Christmas 2025 and I was conscious of how late I had left it in the year but he squeezed me in as it was a safety concern and completed both the repair and a service promptly with excellent communication. He also previously fixed my broken tail lights the year before and I haven't had any issues with it since.
Had led headlights installed at a higher price than others. Didn’t seem to anticipate the different voltage so now I have an ongoing check lights message. Yet I saw the message in 10 minutes of driving survey it popped up when they were tested. Wanted to charge an extra $140 to fix it which would have brought it to $500 for a headlight exchange. Disappointing.
