Was pleased with the service from Bill. He was through and offered suggestions as to how to proceed if what he did after snaking and pumping out my tank did not work. He spent several hours in the frigid temps outside (and on a Saturday, in the snow and digging out the tank) but got the job done. HOWEVER the condition of my basement rug is appalling, it is covered in black sludge and there was NO offer or suggestion to resolve this problem.
The Level of service I have received over the years from Chamberlains is amazing!! They have helped out in all kinds of problems. I have had to have my tank pumped as it was backing up. They were fast to respond! I had an OLD OLD septic tank collapse and Dean came out to see what was needed to replace it. And got it replaced real quick! I would recommend them to any one (and i have) who has a septic tank.
