Terrible products. Terrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone
I placed an online order for a garage keypad replacement, but shortly after, I realized the issue with the original keypad was just a dead battery, so the replacement was no longer necessary. I replied to the order confirmation email, only to find it was a "no-reply" address. I then tried calling Mastercraft's phone number but couldn't reach anyone.
