I placed an order for a replacement garage door part from LiftMaster on May 7th, 2025. Instead of shipping it to my address in North Carolina, they sent it all the way across the country to California. I didn’t find out about the mistake until I called them two months later, only to be told they’d send a replacement on July 3rd via Second Day Air. I purchased a Video Keypad and Power Adapter Bundle. I never even opened the power bundle and the Keypad was defective. It never connected to WiFi. I returned the Keypad using the Fedex Shipping label provided by Chamberlain. They received the item back but never issued a refund. I was promised a refund on dates that never came to fruition. Their MO is to stall, delay, and tell untruths. I WAS TOLD 5 - 8 WEEKS OR MONTHS. As of today, I still have never received a refund. I echo the complaints here about customer service. In this century, hey make you call a number to return a product. When you finally talk with a live person, it takes about 30 minutes. They send an email with return code and instructions, but no address to ship it to. I've been on chat now for more than an hour and have been disconnected three times, just trying to find a return address. The contact form on the website does nothing on pressing the Submit button. I would give zero stars if I could. Have sent nearly two dozen emails to them at privacy@chamberlain.com and sent the “request to disconnect from our MyQ app” form on their site four times with no reply. Never use the MyQ app. It is now permanently stuck to my email yet we dont live at the house. New residents cannot connect without my account being disconnected by this group of idiots apparently.
