I have had 2 chamberlain my q garage door openers and the mother board has went out on both in less than 2yrs.i should have known after the first one but I tried them again. Neither time would they honor there product. I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase there product you get what you pay for.

40 minutes on the phone trying to register this garage door opener..transferred to 4 different people..just miserable incompetent company / customer service. FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY to buy an opener from. February 16th 2026 joe Galebach
Worst packing ever! Keypad in plastic envelope/bag with no padding/wrap. Waited 2 1/2 months for Lift Master 878MAX to come into stock bc read many bad reviews regarding universal keypads. So spent $61.00 for replacement of the original. Clearly your company could've and should've properly packed it but chose not to just to save a buck or two. Another company that has cut corners! Hopefully my keypad works!
