Exceptional would be an understatement. It starts with a warm smile and greeting from Wendy at the front desk, to Jackie (business mgr. I think) who demonstrates incredible proactive technical and interpersonal skills, to Heather, dental technician who is very skillful at making the patient (me) comfortable during a crown procedure while assisting Dr. Chamberlin who demonstrates both interpersonal skill and dental artistry. 3 hrs. later I'm out the door with a permanent crown (built to perfection by Angelica.)
