I knew from the minute I was engaged that I wanted my dress from Chamakbykohl. It was the only thing I knew when it came to wedding planning. It was such a lovely and personal experience choosing and designing my wedding dress. I had a vision and the lovely Kulsum made it come alive! She not only made my vision come true but exceeded and made it look better than I could have imagined. I would highly recommend any bride to get that outfit from here. Customer service really poor, customers come from far and the lady was not welcoming or interactive at all, we didnt know the prices and we were booked along with a whole party of people, beautiful outfits but experience poor overall.
I don’t regret going to chamak for one bit, made sure the dress was exactly how I wanted, made me at ease with the whole experience, dress was given on time, sent me samples, of what I wanted. She is the perfect person for bespoke bridal.
Kulsoom is such a gem! She is truly so attentive to detail, great customer service and polite. I am so excited to work with her soon. I get such good vibes and I pray she has ultimate barakah in her work x
