Very frustrated. I'm on Medicare Advantage and went in for my annual exam. I rcd notification from Medicare that the exam was covered 100% but now am receiving dunning texts and emails and calls from CHAM for an outstanding bill! I've asked for a physical, paper bill so I can review it and they will not send a paper bill. V. disappointed.

It deserves more than five stars, especially since they speak Arabic and English. This is great for newcomers who don't speak English.
Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. If you are afraid of the doctor or hate needles this clinic will be your best bet, they are awesome!
