Today , I was at the chalut store in DDO, before going to the store I did research, it shows that certain chalut store is open to the public, including chalut located in DDO.the sale women didn't allow me to buy the products . There, I contacte head office , they said isn’t open to the public. Here my research. Attached is the proof
If you are anglophone you will be treated like crap. The main lady there makes me feel so bad and she makes it so uncomfortable to be there. I dread going there because she is so rude and unwelcoming. I always speak to her in French to avoid making her mad but even then I am treated like garbage. Worst customer service.
