Called at 7am. Emergency call - out well was not pumping any water, suspected a problem in the electrical panel. Described problem to the owner. He said he have someone over showing. Less than 30 minutes later, John , one of their electricians arrived. Introduced himself, offered his hand. After a trick handshake he was in front of my breaker panel. I contacted this company twice to do a simple repair. They didn't come or call the first time. I called and made arrangements for a 2 day window, they didn't come again. I called and they said sorry would you like to try again. Unbelievable.
