This real estate agent is probably the worst real estate agent we had to deal with. Unethical -1. We sent out our offer for a house, there were other bidders. After she told us she was going to accept our offer and we're waiting for paper work. Within the same day a few hours later, they begun renegotiation with the other bidders and asked the other bidders to overbid our original offer which was already the highest offer. Chalmette Ray has been the Realtor of choice for a many of clients for about a decade now. She is honest and makes sure her clients are treated fairly and are not bullied or mistreated. However, as you serve the public some people will still find fault with you or just plain not like you. A certain Vincent L and family are good examples of that.
