3130 Coors. I truly appreciate the great service throughout the weeks of me calling for a quote and appointment and final cost plus discussing future repair without pressure or blame. Mike was so cheerful all day and answered my questions and the mechanics were thorough. I had transmission fluid and coolant change done per schedule. 120k miles Ford Escape Thanks again.
Went in to get an oil change. Stood in the empty lobby for 15 minutes without one person checking to see what I needed. Meanwhile the only 2 people in the building stood around in the shop shooting the breeze. Typical "customer service" these days. Guess I'll stick with Valvoline Instant Oil Change.
My newly rebuilt transmission overheated on our way to New Mexico from Colorado. I was able to limp into Albuquerque and the Chalmers Ford dealer sent me to Quick Lane to have it looked at. It was leaking fluid among other things and the friendly people at Quick Lane did everything they could to get me back on the road. I really appreciate the friendly service that Mr. Hicks and crew provided.
