If you want to feel like asking for help is a burden to your provider this is your place. Call for help for months to just come in to answer the same 10 questions for insurance purposes 3 appointments in a row. Pretending to care would go a long way…. Over a month to be seen for mental health is ridiculous. Hire more people.

They scheduled me with the wrong doctor. Had to take a half day off and drive 45 minutes each way. Absolute garbage. Do they not verify and prescreen charts at the VA?
