I honestly could not be happier with the service I have received from Chalmers Fuels. I received a flyer in the mail, I made one phone call and then I received a call from Mr Martin. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and came to the house right away to see what we needed. Paperwork was quick and easy, and within a short time, my new tank was professionally installed. I highly recommend them to ALL my family and friends. Thank you Chalmers Fuel.
I am a new customer, I was introduced to this company and promised a whole bunch of things on the way in including they would help with the charges from changing from another company. I am so happy they did exactly everything they said to the T this company is doing a great job and really stands behind their word. I’m so happy I’ve chosen to use them for propane and look forward to working with them for a very long time.
Lots of room and clean and well lit at night
An absolute nightmare to deal with. $900/month at minimum. Constant propane leak but they won't inspect it. Destroyed my deck by driving over it. Requested no further refills because I'm moving and they still filled them 2 months later. Nightmare doesn't even begin to describe my experience with them. I also have a fill credit and they will not honour it, despite it being in writing on every single one of my invoices.
Prompt, competent and reliable service. Zero complaints. Special thanks to Mike for making things happen.
