Didn’t call me to let me know my parts had arrived, didn’t answer the phone for two days, had to go in to see if my parts had arrived. Luckily they had, so it wasn’t a wasted trip but also poor customer service once I was in the door. I buy OEM parts for my vehicles, and prefer to support local business, and have gone here in the past and had good experiences, must be new guys in there or something.
