Have been to see the Emergency dentist here twice. I think reading the one star reviews that people don't actually realise to be seen here, you need to ring 111 and speak to the dental team. Wonderful dentists, nurses and reception staff. Excellent care both times I have been there. Once to remove a wisdom tooth and the last time to remove a tooth that had had a root canal that didn't work. Very painless treatment.

I was in so much pain I am terrified of dentist and the injections etc but I was shocked by how I was made to feel at ease I genuinely didn't feel a thing from the injections the dentist took his time and done it properly the dental assistant and the reception staff were very helpful and welcoming if I knew that it would be such a pain free experience I would have been there before i had to out of desperation thanks again to all the staff I really appreciate it very happy with the help today considering I never called until ... read more

I was extremely impressed by the service received here. (I was on holiday 400 miles from my own NHS Dentist.) From the initial call, to the nurse calling back and offering an appointment the same day, to the welcome from the receptionists, right through to the dental nurse and dentist. The dentist was extremely thorough in her examination and offered alternative treatment which was helpful and after the 25 minute appointment with her, left much happier than on arrival.
