I was a customer at Chalmers Dental for many years, unfortunately I just experienced something unbelievable, as a loyal customer at this client I felt betrayed. When they quote me a price at the clinic they can increase it at a moment notice, thus an operation that cost $1000 can double without notice, and they refuse to honor their agreement. If they can do that to their loyal customer, imaging what they do to new customer.
