Faced an urgent issue and they had it resolved in just 30 minutes. Friendly and professional. Truly grateful.
Refused to cover up my positive Chlamydia test and wanted to do contact tracing (the absolute cheek!)- what happened to privacy and confidentiality and the right to quiet enjoyment of one's own lifestyle????
I can't say enough good things about my experience at Chalmers today. I had a bit of an emergency which the usual health services weren't able to help with, but even in the midst of a data outage, the staff at Chalmers were able to fit me in and got it sorted within about 45 minutes. Every single person I spoke to was absolutely lovely and made me feel so at ease - we're so lucky to have this service in Edinburgh.
