I’ve dealt with several agents from this team over the years, and every one of them has been amazing. I’ve always felt supported, and I really appreciate how lovely and helpful everyone has been. A special shout out to Kim and Rachelle though, they’ve both been wonderful. It makes such a difference having great realestate agents/ property managers!

Brett Glover went above and beyond in helping me with the purchase of my home in 2024. He was incredibly helpful, honest, energetic, contactable and made the whole process simple and smooth. If you’re a property investor, I would strongly advise staying away from this agency. I’m extremely disappointed with their property management service. Communication has been poor, and I found the property manager Amy to have very little empathy for the owner’s concerns. It often felt like everything was solely about the tenants, with little regard for the owner’s perspective. I have reviewed all the negative feedback given by others and they are the exact same issues we have with the real estate, not responding to emails or phone calls, even for basic property maintenance and rights. It’s giving a feeling of superiority and a complete lack of care for those renting through them. Young property managers lacking training, oversight, accountability and customer service and same for the receptionist.Just a bad overall experience.
