Challes is fantastic! She consistently does an amazingly neat and precise haircut every single time. Both she and John Michael are always warm, friendly, and a true joy to talk to—and getting to see their fur babies is always a wonderful bonus. You can really tell how much they care about the quality of their work and their clients. Highly recommended!
