My buddy bought himself about brand new home, in a new development that Challenger has not even finished yet. First time he ever bought a home, and nobody told him that his truck will not fit in his garage. And not, it is not the height but the length. Buy yourself a mini if you are going to buy a home from them or hail my destroy it.
brand new house with SO MANY ISSUES in the WHOLE NEIGHBORHOOD. ROOF LEAKS AND POORLY INSTALLED ROOFING AND MANY MORE ISSUES.
Sharing my horrible experience with Challenger Homes, they don’t take ownership of their issues and now I have to live with a roof leak on a brand new house. Ridiculous their excuses! So if it rains good luck as that it how was designed and water will come in!!
Anyone wanting a New Home that stands out from all the other builders in quality workmanship and friendly professional customer service needs to consider Challenger Homes. We love our Challenger home! Working with Alexis was such a pleasure. She was always so kind and helpful with every step answering our multitude of questions. If she didn't know the answer, she was always willing to find out. Alexis, along with our realtor, made our experience so smooth and not stressful at all. Challenger has also been great with the little fixes that were needed before and after the sale.
