Had my windshield changed out by challenger. On initial contact, Dawn was very helpful and kind. She walked me through the entire process and even jumped through extra hoops to save me a good amount on the windshield by going to a different distributor. The communication was top notch. Challenger Glassworks are really great to deal with and good people! Had tree limb smash out back window on my car in high winds 50 mph recently. Found glass shop Challenger online near my home in Timonium and gave them a call. Lady named Dawn helped me and was just awesome - detailed on getting car job parts correctly, quickly as possible and just so customer satisfaction oriented! I was so impressed. The set up of the appointment was very easy and they offered to pick my vehicle up even though I live about 50 minutes from their shop. The work was done without any issues and my vehicle was delivered back to me on time. Great customer service and support.

Can't say enough positive things about Challenger Glassworks! Kevin and Dawn were awesome in getting me an appointment right away. Then Francis was so thorough and explained everything I needed to know about my new window! Why have subpar service from some national company that looks at me as a number when I can have personalized care from local professionals?!?!?!
