Update 12/13/25 ~ I had more misfortune of having debris hit my windshield and needing a replacement. I knew who to call and glad I did. Francis was great and very informative! If you are looking for a glass company in the area, you don't need to look any further! The customer service from both Dawn and Francis is exceptional. Francis is an expert in this field and is extremely diligent and informative about the process. It's nice to see small businesses still operated this way with such a focus on quality work and customer service. THANK YOU

There is no better glassworks company around! Everyone who works here is absolutely wonderful. Dawn (office staff) is a sweetheart who truly cares about their customers. She even contacted me on a weekend when they were closed. On the day of my windshield replacement, Kevin came to my house to pick up my car so that I could work from home. He brought it back within the promised time, and the windshield looks fantastic! Thank you so much! Had my windshield changed out by challenger. On initial contact, Dawn was very helpful and kind. She walked me through the entire process and even jumped through extra hoops to save me a good amount on the windshield by going to a different distributor. The communication was top notch. Challenger Glassworks are really great to deal with and good people! Had tree limb smash out back window on my car in high winds 50 mph recently. Found glass shop Challenger online near my home in Timonium and gave them a call. Lady named Dawn helped me and was just awesome - detailed on getting car job parts correctly, quickly as possible and just so customer satisfaction oriented! I was so impressed.
