There is no better glassworks company around! Everyone who works here is absolutely wonderful. Dawn (office staff) is a sweetheart who truly cares about their customers. She even contacted me on a weekend when they were closed. On the day of my windshield replacement, Kevin came to my house to pick up my car so that I could work from home. Had my windshield changed out by challenger. On initial contact, Dawn was very helpful and kind. She walked me through the entire process and even jumped through extra hoops to save me a good amount on the windshield by going to a different distributor. The communication was top notch. Challenger Glassworks are really great to deal with and good people! Had tree limb smash out back window on my car in high winds 50 mph recently. Found glass shop Challenger online near my home in Timonium and gave them a call. Lady named Dawn helped me and was just awesome - detailed on getting car job parts correctly, quickly as possible and just so customer satisfaction oriented! I was so impressed. The set up of the appointment was very easy and they offered to pick my vehicle up even though I live about 50 minutes from their shop. The work was done without any issues and my vehicle was delivered back to me on time. Great customer service and support.
