Rockingham Ford acted in possible bad faith by advising me that the vehicle would be ready for collection on Monday, which was a key reason I agreed to purchase it. However, when I changed the collection date on the contract from “TBC” to “Monday,” I was then informed that the vehicle could take up to two weeks to be ready. This significant delay should have been disclosed before I agreed to proceed.
Waited 1 month for a call back for warranty parts and where told they dont know about it after i was told at service they would order them in and call me. They then asked me to email now they are not responding to emails
Took my car in for service today, communicated very well and thanks to Elish for all your help today.
I had a great experience with the Ford Rockingham. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the whole process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the experience easy and stress-free.
