About to sell our house and buy a caravan and ute. After doing research it came down to 2 choices Isuzu d-max or Ford Ranger. Went to an Isuzu dealership explained situation requested test drive and off we went. Did same at Rockingham Ford and was told when we sold our house come back. Salesperson might want to learn more about the product they sell. Especially about the high number of recalls the Ranger has had. Had my Ford ranger serviced at Challenger Ford since I purchased it there 6 years ago. I have had nothing but great service from the team. Troy has been my consultant for 5 of those years and has always been pleasant to deal with. I thought Midland City Dealership had poor customer service, but Challenger Ford Rockingham makes them look like angels. I booked my Mustang in 4 weeks in advance for a brake line replacement and a recall. I was told the repair was only around 1 hour of labour. I dropped the car off at 7:45am as requested and advised them I needed it back for the school run. They said they'd do their best. Recently bought a car from Ford Rockingham and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Emmanuel was fantastic to deal with and made the whole process easy, and Michael was a great help in getting me into the right car.
