Customer service line never works just repeats herself in Spanish and English to hold ! Hangs up on me EVERY time after 15 minutes.. how disappointing
So I finance the car and they told me they could get me into another in six months if I didn’t miss my payment obviously I didn’t miss my payments for nine months and I go back and I obviously have been paying minimum payments and they didn’t even want my car traded in How pathetic I did business With them
We had our loan through Challenge Financial for 2.5 years - never missed a payment. The rates were horrible, but it was a necessary evil at the time, with our credit. Fast forward to the end of January, and we finally decided to purchase a new truck. That meant trading in the jeep we were financing through Challenge Financial. We traded it in, dealership paid off the loan, Challenge sent us a check for $212 because the dealership overpaid on the payoff.
