The worst company on earth…… Karlee laired to us about my daughter…… they have had my daughter at the agency for 5 years and we are still getting monthly visits with our daughter….. I feel like there is no hope of ever being back with our daughter…… all because of challenge and there devastating rules. If I was u…. I would never go to challenge….. they have destroyed our lives. Terrible service from Jo Cooley. Gave us no options and charged us extra for her services and didn’t tell anyone. We preferred the last manager who gave us better service for free.
