Least helpful professional I have ever seen. Finds the quickest easiest "solution" and pushes you out the door. When you need help or something simple like a note faxed to your work it's like pulling teeth. When your pharmacy needs a simple phone call to order medication calls are ignored. The pharmacy's calls, the insurance companies calls, and the 6 of my own calls pleading for a response. Nothing. It's really sad when you depend on someone for help and they leave you completely helpless.
