I swear that CHALK’s is Collingwood’s best kept secret. Over the years I have tried many gyms, but nothing stacks up to the programming at Chalks. The semi-private training that’s offered here is unique and an incredible “bang for your buck”. You don’t need to sign up with a friend for semi-private (so don’t worry), they’ll slate you in. I've been training at Chalks with Chad for 2 years now. It is a fantastic gym with great coaching and an incredible community to be apart of. Every workout is customized based on my goals. Chad was great with adjusting my workouts throughout my pregnancy and then helping get back into shape postpartum. Highly recommend working out here if you're looking to improve your fitness approach.

I’ve been training with Devon twice a week at CHALKS since Oct/24. Her thoughtfully planned workouts, and attention to my goals, have had a huge impact on my strength, conditioning and mobility. Most importantly, all while keeping me free from injury. She and Chad are genuinely committed to seeing their clients progress in a way that is extremely well thought out and…dare I say…fun even!
