Chalk's sent two people to our home to evaluate our current heating system after we requested an estimate. They sat down with us and explained in detail all of the options available. They answered all of our questions. They provided us with a detailed contract during our meeting, explained time frames for doing the work and worked with our schedule to set a date for installation. Happy to of found these guys. Came out the same day we called. Found the pressure reducing valve was bad. They stayed long after they installed it to make sure everything was in working order. Larry and Austin were professional and friendly explaining every step in what they were doing. They answered all my questions. I will have them back in the future for sure. A+++++++
