😕😐 They were good use them in the past had no complaints but I have where I live it's not my choice on who fixes or does what with my Mini Split unit and decision was made to try another company for maintenance I wasn't very happy and I was having issues and and talks was called to see and because they found out somebody else touch my unit that wasn't them they didn't want to bother with it they were acting all butt hurt so this is neither negative or positive I just disappointment is all and because of the way they acted ... read more

The team did a great job installing the new hot water heater and HVAC systems. They were very good about being cautious around the house and keeping things clean. Their work has very good craftsmanship and they care a lot about making things look good and be as perfect as possible. My heat failed at the worst time and Chalk's team was there very quickly to troubleshoot the issue. They did not charge charge extra for evening/weekend service call. I ended up having to replace the entire system which Chalk's completed quickly, professionally, and efficiently. My husband and I recently had issues with our furnace. Within 20 minutes of calling, Larry arrived to inspect our furnace and troubleshoot issues, even offering temporary space heaters to keep the house warm. We ended up replacing the furnace. Throughout the installation process, Larry and his team were professional and thorough, doing a great job. This is our 2nd time using Chalk’s and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received.
