I found Jason and ChalkUp after my old trainer quit I was looking for somebody that could deal with someone a little bit older. I’m in my late 40s and I had a shoulder injury. I was working through. ATTENTION All you Hard Gainers (meaning hard to gain muscle weight), I started out at Chalk Up with Jason as my trainer 9 months ago at 141lbs and now sitting at 163lbs solid.
