From our first contact with Ken Dees to completion of his services, we had nothing but a positive experience. We are having flooding issues caused from a neighbor's pond and the dam that neighbor erected. Mr. Dees was very responsive and informative. He performed a timely site visit and confirmed our concerns about land erosion and loss of use of the land caused by the flooding. Regarding the review above. I am a one-person consultancy and have been in business for 40 years now. We have never had a bad review. In fact our clients are generally land developers and not individuals (which is why we have no reviews ever). I have no record of ever having spoke to this person nor have I ever seen the video which is posted as being related to this review. I believe she has my company confused with another company.
