We recently put in a service call to fix a flat tire on our swather in the hay field. They were prompt but did not fix the tire in the field instead took it back to town for repair so it cost us twice as much for time and travel. The did not put a new tube in tire so it went flat again two days later. They were instructed to put a new tube in the tire during the first repair.
