This is my new favorite Asian restaurant. The flavors are good and portions are fair. I was very impressed by their gluten-free and vegan options. They have an allergy friendly menu. I enjoyed the gluten free pad thai and fried rice. There are 2 things that could be improved for an even better experience. For starters, when I picked up my order it took a while for someone to address me at the front desk. The only other let down is that you cannot order online. You have to phone in your order. I ordered take out after a busy day. The Buddha rolls were light and tasty. I also ordered the red curry with a spice of a 7 out of 10. Can't say I was impressed with the spice, but I'm also one of those weird people that like to cry while I eat. The owner responded to this review below and apparently did not read it. I ordered TAKE OUT. Meaning I probably ate it at home. Why would I complain? I said I'm weird and like freakishly spicy food. I didn't say it tasted bad.
Eat in or take out, Chalit's is one of the best places to eat in the area. Check out the menu and defintely try any of the fried rice dishes! Combination fried rice and the Kung Gra Bog are my favorites.
