Avoid at all costs. We began communicating with Chalie in mid-April to have our pool opened by Memorial Day weekend for a friends and family event we are hosting. Every time we would reach out he would respond that he would get us on the schedule. As early May came and went I started texting weekly and each time was told he was doing the schedule and someone would be calling/reaching out.
